Event Location
The meet takes place at WV Active Central, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton. WV1 4EG          

Parking
There is free parking on the pool car park all weekend. However, please be aware that Wolves Football Club are playing at home on Saturday 22nd November, with a 3:00pm kick off, and so matchday parking restrictions will be in place in the surrounding area that day.

Withdrawals
Please email any withdrawals to   [email protected] 
We will accept withdrawals up to 12 noon on Friday 21st November 2025.  After that we will be printing the start lists so please do not send any after this time. If you do have any after the cut-off time then please just notify the marshals on the day.

Spectators
Spectators will need to purchase a ticket on-line for admission to the meet.
We would respectfully ask spectators to please limit ticket purchases to one per swimmer to be fair to everyone. See conditions when purchasing. On the day it will be strictly no ticket no admission. When entering the building your ticket will be scanned and once validated you will be given a coloured wrist band to wear throughout the session. If you are attending all day you can validate your morning and afternoon ticket on entry and you will then be issued with an "all day" wrist band.

Please buy early to avoid disappointment! Please do not turn up to pay at the door as tickets will not be available on the day. 

Officials/Volunteers
As with all meets we rely on others to help out officiating and volunteering to help in other roles. All officials/volunteers will be well looked after, fed at lunch time and there will be refreshments during the sessions as well as gifts to take home too. Photography
There is no photography allowed at this meet.

Swim Shop
We are pleased to say that Sportyswim will be bringing their swim shop on both days of the meet.

Coffee Shop
The coffee shop will be available all weekend in reception serving hot and cold drinks as well as snacks, sandwiches etc. The preferred payment method is by card please.
